Group Order Rules

Available group orders will be posted on Instagram.

  • Payments
    • There will be 2 payments:
      • Initial (Secures the order)
      • EMS / Express Mail (pcs are shipped to me) + DOMS / Domestic Shipping (me shipping pcs to you).
    • Initial payments are due when the set needs to be secured, and timelines may vary by set. After claiming, I will DM and let you know if the money is due now or at a later date. If you agree, you will be responsible for paying the initial payment when it's due.
    • Payments will be collected on my website to avoid any kind of questionable situations for both of us. My site is through Shopify, so they accept most banks/cards that are typically used.
  • Shipping
    • Some vendors take longer to ship than others. Please understand that the pcs have to be shipped to a proxy, then shipped to me, then to you. So please have patience! You can check the Master List or the group chat if you want to know the status of the order.
    • There is not an exact arrival date that can be promised ahead of time. All updates will be communicated as they become available. Please do not join the group order if you are in a time crunch and need them in a super short time span.
    • If you select stamped mail at checkout, you will be sent a consent for ackowledging that I am not responsible for any lost mail . If you are not comfortable with this, please select tracked shipping.
    • Stamped mail will be sent inside of an envelope. Tracked shipping will be sent in a envelope inside of a bubble mailer. Supply costs have been combined in the final cost of shipping.
    • If you choose stamped mail & later want to switch to tracked, please send me a message so I can add the shipping fees.
    • If you confirm your address is correct before I send it, and it gets returned to me due to the address being wrong, you will have to pay for the new postage.
    • I will confirm with you that the address used for your order is the correct shipping address & will also send photo proof of your ready-to-mail package. If it's tracked, the tracking number will be provided to you!
    • If you are on multiple group orders or also buy resell pcs from me, please let me know. You will not need to pay separate shipping for multiple orders if you ask for them to be combined. If you are on multiple group orders, I can hold your first order until the second one arrives if you ask ahead of time. They can be sent them together for one shipping price.
    • Unless we have already talked about holding an order for any reason, orders will be sent out as soon as they are ready. If you need me to hold your order due to being in multiple groups or being on vacation, please let me know!
    • My “thank you” notes will include your instagram username, so please let me know if you do not want that included!
    • Please take a picture of your claim & tag me in your story on IG 😊 This will provide proof to other buyers that packages are arriving safely.
  • Policies
    • There are no refunds once initial payments are made, exchanges only. If you’re no longer interested after initials payments are made, you are responsible for finding a replacement if you want your money back. Once they send their initial payment to me, I can refund you & remove you from the order.
    • I am not responsible for lost mail. Tracked shipping allows you to see the movements of your package & offers insurance up to $100. If it’s lost, it will be easier to find or reimburse if it’s tracked. If you choose stamped mail, and your envelope is lost, it's nothing anyone can do unless the post office finds it.
